Is lane splitting legal?

Lane splitting involves riding between cars, between the lanes. It can be a dangerous practice especially when there are aggressive motorists. If you lane split there you may indirectly break other road rules, such as dangerous driving, failing to indicate when changing lanes etc.

Can I use bus lanes in the ACT when I'm riding?

According to current law, motorcyclists are permitted to use the bus lanes when riding in the ACT as long as they are marked as BUS ONLY lanes.
